My Policies

I value your privacy. The confidence you place in me by providing your information is not taken lightly. I will never share your information with anyone outside of payment processors. I collect sensitive data including name, phone number, email address, and credit card information if you choose to use one for payment.

The data I collect is used to provide you with the highest standard of hair care. If you provide me with your contact details, I may use your data to alert you about updates to my business or to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

During your appointment I may ask to take photos of your hair. I do so only by your consent. On your consent, you agree that the photos are legally mine and I may use them in my marketing materials such as social media and my website.

My terms of service ensure that all my guests enjoy a good experience.

Appointments: All guests should make an appointment before visiting the salon. This ensures that I have ample time to perform your services. Arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please text or call me. Please understand that if you are more than 5 minutes late, I may have to modify your appointment so as to not run late with my next guest.

Cancellations: I know life today is unpredictable, but please give me 24 hours' notice to cancel or change your appointment. I may charge a cancellation fee for less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows.

Payments: I take cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo or my business gift cards.

Children: For the safety and comfort of all my guests, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in the salon.

Products: I only use professional hair care products I know and trust to ensure safety and quality of service.

I am located in Hair & Nail Connection salon in the Holsberry Center. When you pull into the Center, we are in the right-hand building, last door (just look for the red door). You may park anywhere within the Center parking lot, including across from our salon entrance. If there is no nearby parking, you may park along the fence or side of the building in the grass.
